At approximately 7:05 am on March 4, 2010 First Student Bus #403 turned left against the red light from Route 1 onto the Branford Connector to I95 south. This bus then drove at a dangerously slow speed (about 45 mph, well below the flow of traffic) on I95 towards New Haven. This is the second time recently that I have observed this dangerously slow driving by this bus on I95 south.
