Each time I create a ticket, it gets closed stating it has been taken care of, well the mattress is still in the alleyway, along with additional trash. I feel this needs to be elevated to someone who will make sure this request has been completed. I will submit a picture tomorrow, along with calling the City of Richmond because reporting this issue (3Xs) now and nothing has been done.
