Traffic is always backed up, sometimes onto RT 138, and if you want to turn east onto 18th Ave, you cannot see, if there are cars behind those waiting to turn west onto 18th Ave. They need a delayed green light. With the high school there you would think this problem would have been delt with a long time ago.
