This area is designated for shuttle drop off and pick up, but tour busses park here all day. It is stressful to not know where to get my work shuttle because it cannot stop in its spot.

Officers will be checking this area, in addition to their regular patrols through the square. Also, you may call Traffic, Parking & Transportation at 617-349-4700 and an officer will be dispatched to the area.
Please know that this location is signed "Tour Bus Parking; Active Pick-up/Drop-Off; 15 minute limit" therefore enforcement of parked busses has to include timing of the bus before moving the bus along or ticketing can occur.
