It is almost impossible to turn Left from Kelsey Avenue onto Main Street in the morning. A Left Turn Arrow should be added to the set of signals at that intersection.

I believe the location is in Milford, despite the mapping showing it as being in West Haven. The depression is located on the water side of the street on the sidewalk on the Woodmont past the end of the bridge between West Haven and Milford.

Kelsey Ave is West Haven. I know the area you're talking about and it is horrible to try to take a left turn there at any time of day
