There is an ongoing issue of these pitbulls which are kept outside almost everyday all day. Dogs have been known to escape out of their makeshift "cage" in their unfenced backyard. The real issue at hand is the excessive barking/noise these dogs create at all hours of the night. I'm not one to complain but I'm tired of hearing these dogs barking at 8am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm, 1am, 2am, etc! It's ridiculous!! I've seen anywhere from 1 to 5 pitbulls in this backyard on any given day.

10/1/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with Pitbulls barking constantly has been formally reported to Richmond Animal Care and Control so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
