i wish Torrington did have a dog park. Myself and the other owners of our well behaved dogs in the proximity of 206 Wadhams would love a safe place to walk our dogs and children rather than walk by the extremely hyper and vocal pit bull that is confined on the small property. Speaking for myself and others I've talked to, I doubt there is much relieving on that property because the pit charging back and forth throwing itself against the chain link is upsetting to the dogs and dog owners and their children not to mention bicyclists, skateboarders, joggers, and motorcyclists. Hopefully the poor imprisoned pit stays confined but if it ever breaks through during one of its manic episodes I expect a tragedy.
