I left this morning to bring my husband to work downtown and when I came home there was a suspicious gold van parked in front of my neighbors house but partially blocking my driveway. There was a caucasian woman in the passenger seat but I couldn't see the driver. The passenger had red hair in a bob cut and big black sunglasses and had a camera with her and appeared to be looking at my house. before I could even get out of the car in the driveway the van had pulled away but the passenger had gotten out and was walking down the street and was a few houses away, I did watch her and she turned around and looked at me but kept walking. The van is a dark gold color and I think the license plate ended in 054 but it was moving so it was hard to say for sure. I've never seen this van in the area before and so of course I find it very unusual. I hope the police will keep an eye out for it.
