Long term parking in 15 minute spot. Parking in these spaces makes daycare pickup and dropoff difficult. Please do not mark as no violation if the car has overstayed! Under DC rules, zone 9 permits may only park in meter and residential permit spaces. Here is the web page with the description:

Which reads in part:

"Zipcar and Car2Go vehicles all display a Zone 9 permit on their front windshields. The permit allows them to park in both residential and parking metered spaces free of charge and longer than the posted time limit."

Note that 15 minute spaces are neither residential not meter spaces.
