Description
Street light on Pole 956 burned out less than 30 days after "replaced".
Does the vendor may have some procedure issues or have problems with their vendor of material? Who can afford the labor to change out bulbs every 30 days?
This leaves us again with an un-safe situation on a very busy speedway used in and out on Malden center to Rt. 93.

Thanks for reporting this light out. We will send it right over for repairs. To answer your question about paying for replacing the bulb again. The vendor is under contract although we would rather the light work and not need to be replaced it is not additional charge to the City.
