For at least the 20th time, the city trash truck came down the alley yesterday, April 27, and dumped piles of broken glass out of its trash collection tray. all up and down the alleys. The truck has two large holes in the collection tray and every time the compression blade pushed the trash into the truck it forces broken glass and garbage onto the cobblestones of the alley. We have the West Ave Garden Sunday and hundreds of people will be touring the alleys on broken glass and garbage. This situation is really disgraceful.
