There is a wire hanging from the power cords. We have it on the inside of our fence so it's not hanging in the middle of the alley. Needs to be removed asap

Update from Community Services: wire repair requests need to be submitted directly to Duke Energy by calling 727-443-2641
In order to get follow-up updates on the requested repair from Duke Energy, you would need to report the problem directly to them. Thank you for your post.
