I was by there around 12:30pm today (5-4-16) and they are still there and blocking the sidewalk. How can this be closed when nothing has changed? Just because "an internal work order will now be generated", that doesn't mean the problem has been remedied. Maybe you could come up with something like an 'Investigated' status and save the 'Closed' status until the the problem is actually resolved.

Has been pulled back off of sidewalk but both are still in the yard. It is now possible to see the dead grass that had been covered. Why can't these be picked up and removed from yard? I'm surprised they haven't been stolen in all this time.
