The twin traffic lights on Leaphart Rd at Chris Dr. and Harbor Dr. can really cause backups on Leaphart. I've been stuck here for twenty minutes and it wasn't even rush hour. These intersections need left turn lanes at all approaches. I know this is difficult because of expense of widening Leaphart Rd's interstate bridge, but this bridge is narrow and old and needs to be replaced anyways.

I think they were holding a meeting at Mt. Hebron UMC a few months back to replace the Leaphart Road bridge and frankly, I think that stretch of Leaphart Road could stand to be 3 lanes as well as both Chris and Harbor Drives to facilitate traffic flow. My thinking is that you should
Leaphart Road's bridge over I-26 was constructed in 1958 if memory serves me correctly and it had to have a weight restriction placed on it a few years back (that has since been lifted)
