Description
The alley that runs between the 1400 block of Stanhope and the 1400 block of Bellevue Avenue is flooded. It floods any time there is significant rain, and often has standing water days or weeks after rain becoming a breeding ground for mosquitos. Additionally, the lack of the proper drainage is causing flooding in my back yard. We'd like to request the City to fix drainage issues with the alley.
