Thank you for engaging with the City of Corona SeeClickFix. Issue 2456326 has been Closed by City of Corona Maintenance Services division. The referenced plants are part of Ralphs grocery store property and not maintained by the City of Corona. Ralphs Store Management has been notified of the report and will have the plants trimmed. Should you have any questions Ralphs can be contacted at: (951) 371-2711.
This report was for the plants on Serfas Club Dr, not in front of the shopping center on Green River Rd.
The plants in front of the shopping center were taken care of very quickly, thanks. But the ones on Serfas Club Dr are still over growing the sidewalk. Not sure if that is city or Ralphs responsibility so I'm reopening this.
Thank you for informing the City of Corona that the reported issue was not resolved. The referenced area is not maintained by the City and is the responsibility of the property owner. The report will be routed to Code Enforcement to follow up with the property owner.
This issue was recategorized from Parkway Maintenance (including Landscape Maintenance Districts and City Trees) to Code Enforcement (Illegal Dumping not in a street/Property Maintenance/Etc).

We appreciate your patience. Code Enforcement dispatched an Officer to respond and it was determined that the referenced plants are on private property. Once a violation is issued the process takes time. For any questions please contact Code Enforcement at: (951) 739-4970.
Thank you for your request. This issue has been acknowledged by Code Enforcement. If you have any questions please contact us directly at 951-739-4970. If this is an emergency please do not report on SCF, instead call 911. For reference, your case number is CE16-0576.
This still hasn't been taken care of and had been reported by someone else, issue 2826138.
Is anyone monitoring these issues that are still open? It seems that a lot of open issues simply get ignored once the city has replied. This really needs some follow-up.
People are complaining for over 4 months- issue was assigned to Code Enforcement department, from there it was moved to water and power Department then back to code enforcement without getting anything done. Really?
We are paying for taxes to our city/county, so you can only moved issue from one desk to another? And you get paid for doing nothing?
It's not hard to fix and then charge Ralph's with fines so issue will be done immediately...
Thank you for engaging in SeeClickFix. We understand issues such as these can be frustrating when compliance is not achieved quickly. To gain compliance on privately owned properties, we must first give the property owner every chance to abate the violation and then move towards warrant abatement as a last resort. We have been in contact with the property management and they have assured us it will be taken care of by the end of this week. We will continue to leave this issue open until we have gained compliance.
