On the west side of the intersection of Windsor Pl and 8th there are terrible pot holes that span almost the entire street.

The pot hole was filled but is washing out again. There is water coming from west of the location from an unknown source. Lots of standing water outside our building. Creates a hazard.

The pot hole has been "Repaired" a number of times. It just keeps getting worse soon after. It is now larger and deeper than before.
