Agressive panhandling on the block with the Gold Building and First Church of Christ. Panhandling is illegal within 25 feet of bus stops. The whole block is bus stop. Panhandling occurs daily. Need police or security visibility, especially during end of workday 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. In 10+ years I have never seen any patrol of this block whatsoever. On May 4, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. was approached by panhandler, when denied he repeatedly and loudly used foul language and made threatening gestures as if he was going to assault me.
