This should be forwarded to Codes as well as there are codes associated with contractors and site control. The roofing company should be held liable for these code violations. Additionally, please share the name of the company so that others in the neighborhood will know to NOT use that roofing company.

This an absolute JOKE!! There has been nothing done about this massive pile of debris blocking parts of the alleyway I am absolutely appalled with the lack of action even after making several calls to sanitation and codes!
