I think the address may be incorrect: I believe that 3870 Tremont does NOT have any contact with Waldenwood Drive.

3870 Tremont Place does not have property that backs up to Waldenwood Dr. Most likely this area belongs to one of their neighbors.

Pretty sure are 3880 & 3890's backyard, facing Waldenwood. They tend to neglect the regular mowing of there property, & let dendlions & other weeds grow wild, creating objectable appearance to the neighborhood.

On 5/17/2016 a community standards officer inspected this property and it was in compliance.
