This is the fourth dumping in one week at this spot. They tried to get the frontage road closed off but the city refused. Not only is this road a place to dump but it is also a party place. This afternoon I saw at least six cars parked along this stretch drinking and carrying on.

It is still there as of this afternoon. Now it is knocked over on its side. Why did they close this when it is still there?

It is finally gone! Thank everyone for getting this taken care of. Now I have to go and pick up all of the trash along that stretch of road. Nice place to spend an afternoon but could you please take your trash with you instead of tossing it out of your car window?
