vacant lot on the southeast corner of Fairview and Simmons St - full of junk (mattresses & etc) Was first seen on the news but the junk is still there. Seems like the property owner of this lot may not of been notified or refusing to clean it. Charge the owner when the COT cleans it up.. Makes the neighbor look really bad.
