314 Merrimack st there's NO trash cans for this bldg. All the construction material trash instead of renting a dumpster or being hauled to the dump is being hidden in contractor trash bags & hidden in the trash cans of 312 Merrimack st also other neighboring bldgs. I have reported this numerous times nothing is being done. This is a PLANNING DEPT issue -the no trash cans I know it's a useless city dept to actually get off their butts to check out the problem. Tell them to look it up if they think it's the highway dept issue- it's only the highway dept issue for keep hauling the construction materials away for free . There's is no room for our regular trash to be put in the cans when this keeps happening. There is also a junk business being run out of 312 Merrimack st 1st fl that does the same thing for yrs w their junk business trash
