Seems every day there are more and more people walking down the road with their dogs, at the most busy time of the day... as if to make a point. I don't think they realize it's a road. They should have recognized this loss when purchasing a house nowhere near a road. Even when driving the new painfully slow cop-quota-boosting speed limit, I get looks as if I'm driving my vehicle down A SIDEWALK! Please inform these residences to stay off the road unless they have a death wish. Being out on the road at 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM is just idiocy. If a car is coming, GET OFF THE ROAD, don't expect drivers to go into oncoming traffic to get out of your lost way.
