Description

This is the second time that this issue has been reported. There is a large construction waste container that is positioned at 902 E Martin St that is blocking the visual line of sight from the intersection with Freeman St. It is extremely difficult to see cars that are traveling westbound from the intersection. This is a dangerous situation that almost resulted in an car accident this morning.
