Dead Tree in his yard in endangering the lives and properties next to his. His 50 foot dead poplar tree has had multiple branches fall down and almost hit me before, and most recently has damage my property. I have spoken with someone at the city previously and filed a case (14790034).

There are a number of properties that are at risk when his tree drops, and especially if it hurts someone in doing so (or worse). Please respond and force him to do something to cut this tree down immediately.
