Thank you for reporting this issue. An Officer for this area will investigate, and start a case if applicable. Please know weeds must be at least 12 inches tall and cover the majority of the yard before action can be taken. A seven-day notice is given to property owners to correct the issue. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days before the City can take legal action against those in violation. Updates will be posted here.

The Code Officer for the area checked the area along 1200 block and reported that here are a couple of properties across from the park that have mowed their lots, but along the street in some areas there is still water standing which made it impossible to mow the area. It will be mowed within the next week once the area has a chance to dry out enough to mow.

The Code Officer reported that the properties were mowed.
