No action by mayor or underling will eventually lead to physical harm to a resident
Stanley Transportation blocking sidewalk parked in front of 159 Harvard St, drove truck towards my dog and me as I walked on sidewalk
The 3 non english speaking dudes told me to

Sidewalk driving is accepted by Mayor Burke or she would implement safety measures.
Mayors turns deaf ear to complaints of dangerous public safety issue, ignores an obvious dangerous situation
Mayo’sr Staff make promises that are not fulfilled.
The 5 year battle for a safe walkway at Harvard and Main continues

“Dear Lauren and Jen,
Please ask Mayor Burke to instruct the DPW and Traffic Divisions of the MPD to install the orange and white traffic barrels or tall cones along the length of Harvard Street until something permanent or just temporary measures are implemented.
This situation has existed for years, the mayor has been in office for 5.5 months, nothing has been done to protect pedestrians and homeowners from trailer trucks and oasis related vehicles during that time”

Now, only place for trucks to park on sidewalk is from in front of 159 Harvard Street,the to driveway at 215 Harvard Street.
Concrete flower Urns, promised to the neighbors on May 10th, were removed from two other Harvard & Main Street corners, one is a dangerous location in front of Gange Insurance, the other in front of dry cleaners.
Moving chess pieces, not solving public safety problems
Truck is currently parked on sidealk in front of 159 Harvard St, next to newborn baby's bedroom window, endinges idling, drivers dining or picking up lunch at Oasis or Oasis Cafe. Garbage truck in photo was not making a delivery, no driver, he was getting lunch.
Would be great to get barrels to block trucks from sidewalk, wouldn't it?

Owner of 373 Harvard St is adept at getting to his back door by jumping sidewalk curb, does not need much room at all. plenty of room between concrete flower urns for a pickup or van to drive onto and exit the sidewalk in front of 159 Harvard St, next to newborn's bedroom and condo front door.
Gee, I hope no one gets hurt at this location
