You're right, Mark. I have written about this problem at and around Webster Square Plaza for over a year, but the city, on a whole, has seen a rise with this problem within the last couple of months. We all know that these people DO NOT want the services to help them; they do not want the help; only money for drugs and booze. It's time for this eyesore for Worcester to stop !!! Concerned Pam
I understand about the cities concerns regarding thier civil liberties however it about the cash. My thought is the impact it maybe having on small business as well as visiors to worcester being deterred from opening a new one. Its needs to get addressed...

This continues to be an issue....and it needs to be resolved. My favorite is the guy who has Vietnam Vet on his sign....who looks about 35. Not mention those who text on a phone between the light changes. I understand the constitutional arguement...however those who pay taxes have them as well
