Apparently this is acceptable to the town of Windsor. 25 Silver Birch has been overgrown and un-kept for a couple years now and they won't do anything about it. Leaves are still in the road from last fall.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Public Works has not yet started working on the cul-de-sacs, but this will be added to their list. As far as the property located at the above address, we will notify the Health Department about your complaint and concerns.

Added this issue to the cul-de-sac work order file and notified Health Department of other concerns.

This area has been sprayed for weed control and the weeds have been removed. Public Works will be returning to add mulch in the next few weeks. Thank you.
