CEO conducted an inspection on the properties 6/20/2016. First notices were sent out on 6/21/2016 for high weeds on the west side slops of the properties. Owner(s) have 14 days to comply or a 2nd notice will be issued. 401, 403, 501 & 503 Burke Dr.

This area is on the west side of the street, next to the new curb and gutter that the city installed last year. I don't think those residents should be cited for an area across the street

Mr. Henderson or the"MAYOR" should just take a drive up Burke, look towards the west, just above the beautiful new curb & gutter, then they will see the weeds, brush, trees & trash

CEO conducted a site visit on 7/11/2016. 501 & 503 Burke Dr. did comply with the conditions of their properties. 403 Burke was sent a 2nd notice this date & 401 got an extension till 7/15/2016. Thank You.

That's still not right , who paid for the new curb & gutter, the city, or tax payers, they should pay for the weed clean up

The city could cut the weeds, trees, brush, throw the cuttings in the street, that might slow people down for a while

401 & 403 complied with violations. Not all vegetation was removed (sagebrush) because irrigation problems may exist. Thank you. Case abated.
