Could we have our trash cans back in downtown? Trash has been piling up on our sidewalks and streets. A good start would be Jersey Ave between Newark and Hamilton Park. Brunswick is also bad through the same stretch. 8th between Marin and Manila. I could go on and on... It doesn't make sense to have removed them!

According to inspector Lipari - he stated that there are a few stores if any in these locations. City litter baskets will be used for anything and everything else other than litter. Household refuse, construction materiel etc.
