Good afternoon,
Without a contact or an address of the person responsible, this has to be sent over to Housing Code Enforcement. I have done that, and will wait for a response from them.
If you can provide the address that this is behind (2200 is not a valid address) I will be happy to put in a work order if the mattress is not leaning up against a fence and is accessible to the boom truck.
