Hello, I am writing because I live on Clark st and drive down Fowle street every day. I know there has been constant construction and lots of patching. We are all hopeful that at the end of the project the entire street will be paved. (Not just patched) The entire street is due for the paving project very badly. Thank you for your consideration.
