Request Parking Management do regular patrolling during commuting hours of Almeda Ave for this illegal parking. The "No Parking" signs with specific hours are being ignored. This parking is creating a danger to commuting traffic that must change driving lanes to avoid running into this park vehicles.

It isn't the typical parking violation, they are blocking a major thoroughfare, not some local residential street. Will definitely cause congestion You should call the non emergency line, that might get you someone dispatched earlier. 713 884 3131.
