Squaring off the corner to be a hard right angle would require motorists to slow down more than the current design requires.

This is an issue for the entire block from Jersey to Barrow up to the pedestrian zone. The traffic flies up the Street with no regard to pedestrians businesses and bikes. It is a disaster waiting to happen.

We will survey the intersection of Jersey Av & Newark Av to determine what additional safeguards, if any, we may be able to implement.

The speed limit should be 20 along Jersey Ave until people can get into their brains to SLOW DOWN

Right, like anyone follows that speed limit as is. Lowering is will surely help.
