Looks bad. I think the MTA has other problems to worry about right now though. You should still report this to 311: http://www.nyc.gov/apps/311/

Thanks James. I know it is not high priority which is why I put it on See Click Fix instead of calling it in. But you're right, I should add it to 311.com too, so they can add it to their list
