Portland 311 assigned this issue to Public Works

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As you can probably guess, there are numerous sidewalks throughout the city that are damaged and need of repair. With limited resources, the City must prioritize where it focuses its attention. Unfortunately, that usually translates to the sidewalks that receive a large volume of traffic, not the quieter residential streets. However, we will have a crew come to Bay View Dr in July of 2018 and attempt to smooth out the bricks and contend with the tree roots that are causing them to buckle.
