Filthy! When are we going to do something more than just keep reporting this for clean up? Somebody needs to be made accountable and these people need to be caught. It seems that somebody is reporting this location every week. Just my two cents.

I believe the city is responsible for the illegal dumping on the sidewalks. But you can file an MSR at Caltrans website they will let you what Caltrans is responsible for. Who paints out the weekly spray vandalism???
