Description

Original Service Request No 16-00566862 input on June 28. Closed on July 1st by B Broome who noted "THE DEBRIS WAS GONE ON ARRIVAL." Debris have not been removed and must be - dumping begets more dumping in this alley. Please see original service request and photos here. I was told by DPW this is Howard U property and inspector must contact Howard. Please do the needful before more dumping occurs.
