CEO conducted a inspection on 7/7/2016. Violations did exist on the property & owner was sent a 1st notice via mail. They have 14 days to comply or a 2nd notice will be issued. Thank you. Property is a rental.

407 Julie was given a 1st notice for the overgrown shrubs on 7/25/2016. They belong to 407 not 409.

Reporter called today (08/08/16) and stated the bush has been cut and is no longer obstructing the visibility. She also said thank you very much to CE-ST and the Planning Department for their help.
