Can this please be addressed? It has been 11 days and no action. Difficult area to pass.

Any progress? The sidewalk is still obstructed and difficult to pass.

Should I be reporting this elsewhere or calling somewhere. No response besides Acknowledged. No plan on what will happen. How does this issue get resolved in a timely manner. The property owner is responsible to keep the right of way clear.

You reported this as 400 Colchester ave, there is no property with an address of 400 Colchester ave. I had to track down land record information to see where property lines exist to determine who should be contacted. having correct information is the first piece to getting something resolved. without correct information that the process takes much longer. Some of it has been cleared. The rest will be cleared in the near future.

Thank you for your help. It appears as an unnumbered plot on the tax map. Maybe part of 380 but that was all recently split up.
