Broken storm drain - It looks like someone tried to steal the metal, but gave up, leaving a gaping hole that someone could easily fall into. EBMUD came by about a year ago, when this first happened, and contributed some portable barricades, but nothing's been done since. This is the sort of service we've come to expect from this self-regulated semi-private agency, which is happy to collect our money but doesn't think they need to do anything to earn it.
