The common trash areas along the sidewalk are collectors for large abandoned debris from move-outs. This is a constant problem with mattresses, dressers, etc being discarded. Is there a city agency that can address this issue?

Still a problem. Tenants simply don't care about the appearance like an owner would. Are any of the properties up for sale?

I cleaned up a nasty shared trash area myself. Obviously there is no agency that cares for the sidewalks and public service areas.
