Description

Trees on East side of Ely Blvd So. from Adobe subdivision are obstructing roadway right of way for high profile vehicles. Trees in center divide also obstructing right of way - both forcing vehicle to drive in middle of roadway with danger of causing paint damage.
Law states that no one can obstruct roadway right of way.
This is both a City and Adobe Subdivision liability issue.
