11/06/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with the water meter leaking in alley for 4 or so weeks has been double checked and this situation was formally submitted to Richmond Water Utilities (#20020869265) and prior inspection had taken place accordingly. A follow through is being conducted today to obtain information about estimated time of arrival for repair of this leak
