There are two houses along this stretch of AJW that leave their garbage containers on the sidewalk all the time. 2309 and 2403 never remove their garbage containers from the sidewalk. We have to walk around these smelly things all the time. Garbage overflows into the street often and gets washed into the storm drains. 2403 has two cans, I believe one was a replacement for a broken container that was replaced but never picked up by the city.
