Not sure how to get attention from the City/Police. Whitney Street between 65th and Whitney is being used as a bypass when traffice gets backed up on Shattuck. Vehicles at excessive speeds roaring down a neighborhood with lots of small children. I was almost clipped trying to carefully and slowly backing out of my driveway. How can we get signage, speed bumps or make this not a through street so only residents are using this street
