you mean the light at the CVS Plaza that, when it is blinking, there is no traffic slowdown and everything runs smoothly? Ive driven past that light when it is blinking all hours of the day and the *most* Ive seen cars waiting coming from the CVS plaza was 3. Three cars. I understand its may be difficult for some to have to make a left out of there but its called simple patience. Wait for the chance to pull out. I don't understand why the prevailing idea in this area is 'there's an intersection? Put a light up!'. Right there is proof positive you *don't* need a light.
