This is a no parking -- no standing -- at any time. It is not a loading zone. Trucks park here about every 30 minutes. It is a safety hazard for pedestrians, emergency vehicles and for general residential traffic going down the street. These vehicles parking here need to be ticketed -- not warned -- or they will just continue to park here illegally blocking the street.
